This position is responsible for developing and implementing product, sales and team-building education programs for our independent sales force in order to meet their business needs. This position utilizes a variety of delivery methods including; print, video and web-based technologies in order to provide a consistent message that supports the professional development of our independent sales force, as well as existing and new Company programs and promotions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Requires a Degree/Diploma in Media Studies, and or Sales Education
-Minimum one to three years of audio/visual media experience, or in an Educational environment.
-Must have strong conceptual skills to develop and communicate a visual story behind educational concepts. -Superior written and verbal communication skills required in order to create content and to communicate information across a diverse workforce.
-Must have demonstrated ability and knowledge of Camtasia, After Effects editing software & other standard tools. -Business applications such as MS Office are necessary.
-Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills. Must have a proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. Must display a positive, friendly attitude with a genuine interest in contributing within a team-driven environment.
-Must have strong project management skills to conceive, define, implement, and evaluate projects and their results.
-Strong analytical abilities required in order to evaluate the capabilities of third-party contract web-application and integration teams.
-Requires superior time management and multi-tasking skills.
-Bilingualism is preferred.
-Domestic overnight travel (5-10%) may be required to attend Company events, seminars, assist members of the independent sales force, or to conduct training activities as needed.
