Position title: Manager Communications, Social & Training (social media, communications, PR, events)

Purpose: An in-country Manager of Communications, Social & Training that creates and delivers online and offline communications & training (Corporate & Presenters), plans and manages events, and manages/monitors social media channels, collaborating with an external agency/internal teams to deliver PR activities.
Reporting to the Market VP, this position is based in the local market, working from home, with the potential to move to an in-country office location in the future.
YOUNIQUE INDEPENDENT PRESENTERS
Train, motivate and engage Presenters using existing corporate training materials and creating new local programmes.
Communicate with in-market Presenters to strategize market initiatives and share relevant company updates and promotions.
Support with the cascade and understanding of daily corporate announcements and assist in building strong, strategic action plans.
Establish working relationships with Presenters via social media and attendance at Presenter-led and corporate training events.
Plan, manage and organize all aspects of the in-market corporate Presenter events, together with the Market VP (Empower YOU, leadership meetings, anniversary events, opportunity events, etc.) – working with the Events team from Home Office and Market VP.
Represent the market, participate and engage with Presenters at Corporate Presenter events (travel required).
SOCIAL MEDIA, COMMUNICATION & PR
Manage Canada social media platforms, engage via FB LIVE videos, respond to threads and direct messages, initiate Presenter recognition and manage overall engagement, creating a positive and motivational environment.
Immerse in Presenter social media discussion topics, respond to questions and challenges gathered (FB, Instagram, Messenger, etc.).
Design and execute social media communication plan with the Market VP.
Continue to build the ongoing PR strategy with the Market VP.
Review and propose ways in which to communicate promotions, recognition, trainings and events.
INTERFACE BETWEEN PRESENTERS AND CORPORATE
Understand the field base (Younique Independent Presenters), through ongoing communication addressing challenges impacting the market, and propose corresponding actions to be carried out locally.
Collaborate and build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams at Home Office (Marketing, Sales, Events, Recognition).
Review and sign-off of all international market assets, including website, social media, videos, newsletters.
Provide input into global planning (communication, promotions, recognition & rewards, training topics, pricing, etc.).
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’S)
Review and analyse KPIs for the market proposing actions and activities to Market VP in line with the market strategy.
Accomplish market KPI targets specified by Market VP.
